Yes, strictly. We only purchase components from authorized distributors including Digi-Key, Mouser, Arrow, Avnet, and Future Electronics. Every component comes with full traceability documentation and certificates of conformance. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit parts.

Absolutely. We specialize in HDI PCB assembly with blind vias, buried vias, and any-layer via structures. Our equipment handles 01005 components, 0.3mm pitch BGAs, and complex stacked via configurations. We regularly assemble 10+ layer HDI boards for smartphone and wearable applications.

We have a formal ECO process with revision control. Changes are reviewed by our engineering team within 24 hours with impact analysis on cost, timeline, and quality. All ECOs are documented with before/after comparisons and require written approval before implementation. We maintain full revision history for traceability.

Yes. We accept customer-consigned components with proper IQC (Incoming Quality Control). Components must arrive with MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) documentation and proper packaging. We provide secure storage in climate-controlled environments and full inventory tracking. Note: We cannot guarantee quality for non-authorized distributor parts.
