Gerber Files

Your PCB design exported from your EDA tool (KiCad, Altium, Eagle, etc.). We accept all standard formats.

Bill of Materials (BOM)

A list of components with part numbers, quantities, and reference designators. Excel or CSV is fine.

Assembly Drawing (Optional)

A diagram showing component placement and orientation. Helpful but not required — we can work from your Gerbers.

Quantity & Timeline

How many boards you need and when. Even a rough estimate helps us give you an accurate quote.

Design Support

Free DFM Review

We review your Gerber files and BOM before production starts. We flag manufacturability issues, component availability problems, and potential quality risks — before they cost you time and money.

Sourcing

Full Turnkey Component Sourcing

We source all components from authorized distributors. No gray market parts. BOM management, shortage handling, and alternative part recommendations included. You send files — we handle the rest.

Fabrication

PCB Fabrication

1 to 32 layers, HDI, flex, rigid-flex. 24-hour prototype turnaround. Controlled impedance, ENIG, and all standard surface finishes. Fabricated in-house — no outsourcing.

Assembly

SMT & Through-Hole Assembly

Full SMT assembly with nitrogen reflow. Through-hole, mixed assembly, and press-fit. Components down to 01005 and 0.4mm BGA pitch. IPC-A-610 Class 2 standard.

Quality

Testing & Inspection

SPI, AOI, X-Ray on all BGA packages, and flying probe electrical testing on every board. Test reports and certificates of conformance available. No board ships untested.

Yes. Send us what you have — even a rough BOM or a schematic. We will tell you what else we need and help you prepare the right files for a quote.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before you share any files. Contact us to arrange this before submitting your design.

What if my design needs changes after the first prototype?

No problem. We support rapid iteration with no tooling fees for design changes. Order a new prototype whenever you are ready — same factory, same team.
