Design for Manufacturability Review

Free DFM and DFA review for all orders. We check your Gerber files and BOM for manufacturability issues before production starts — pad geometry, stencil apertures, component spacing, via-in-pad, thermal relief, and trace/space rules. Issues found here cost nothing to fix. Issues found in production cost everything.

Stackup

PCB Stackup Design

We design the PCB stackup to meet your impedance, thermal, and cost requirements. Dielectric selection, copper weight, and layer arrangement are all optimized for your application. Stackup specification provided before fabrication — so you can verify it against your design tool settings.

Layout Review

PCB Layout Optimization

We review your PCB layout for signal integrity, power distribution, thermal management, and assembly considerations. We identify routing issues, ground plane discontinuities, decoupling placement problems, and component orientation issues that affect yield or performance — before you commit to fabrication.

Schematic Review

We review your schematic for component selection issues, power sequencing problems, missing bypass capacitors, and other design errors that are easier to fix at the schematic stage than after layout. Particularly useful for designs with complex power management or high-speed interfaces.

Is DFM review free?
Yes. DFM and DFA review is included free with all fabrication and assembly orders. We review your files before production starts and flag any issues before committing material.
What EDA tools do you support?
We accept Gerber (RS-274X), ODB++, and IPC-2581 formats from any EDA tool — Altium, KiCad, Eagle, Cadence, Mentor, and others. We work from your exported files, not your native project files.
Can you help if my design has signal integrity issues?
Yes. We can review your layout for signal integrity concerns — impedance discontinuities, reference plane issues, via stubs, and differential pair routing. Contact us to discuss your specific design challenges.
