These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions, services, and interactions between WANFENG CIRCUIT (HK) CO., LTD (operating as POE) and its customers. By placing an order or using our website at www.poe-pcba.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.
POE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All quotations provided by POE are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, component availability, and order specifications.
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of written acceptance from POE and, where applicable, receipt of the required deposit. POE reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all files, specifications, and information submitted. POE will perform a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review and notify the customer of any issues prior to production. Approval of the DFM review by the customer constitutes acceptance of responsibility for the final design.
Payment terms are as agreed in the quotation. Standard terms require full payment or a deposit prior to production commencement. For established customers, net payment terms may be arranged separately.
POE accepts payment via bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other methods as agreed. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
POE reserves the right to withhold shipment until full payment has been received and cleared.
Lead times quoted are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation and receipt of all required files and payment. POE will make reasonable efforts to meet quoted lead times but does not guarantee delivery dates.
Shipping is arranged via the customer's preferred courier or POE's standard carrier. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier. POE is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in their country.
All products are manufactured in accordance with IPC standards and the specifications agreed at the time of order. POE conducts multi-stage quality inspections prior to shipment.
If a customer receives products with manufacturing defects, they must notify POE at all@poe-pcba.com within 30 days of receipt. POE will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products at no additional charge.
The warranty does not cover:
All design files, Gerber files, schematics, BOMs, and related technical documents submitted by the customer remain the intellectual property of the customer. POE will not use, reproduce, or disclose these files for any purpose other than fulfilling the customer's order.
POE will not manufacture the same design for any third party without the customer's explicit written consent. Customers may request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to submitting any files. See our NDA page for details.
POE's total liability to the customer for any claim arising from the supply of products or services shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates.
POE shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or production downtime, even if POE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
POE is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or force majeure events.
