A printer that misfeeds, streaks, or jams is a product return. The electronics inside — from the printhead driver timing to the motor encoder feedback — need to work perfectly, every cycle, for the life of the product. POE builds to that standard.
Inkjet printhead drivers switch at MHz frequencies with tight timing tolerances. We fabricate controlled-impedance PCBs and review stackup and routing before production to ensure signal integrity at speed.
Laser printer power supplies operate at several kilovolts for corona and transfer systems. We manufacture to IPC-2221 creepage and clearance requirements and use high-CTI materials for HV isolation boards.
Fuser control boards and motor drivers generate significant heat in continuous-duty printing. We use thermal via arrays, heavy copper power planes, and aluminum-core substrates where required for heat dissipation.
Printer OEM programs require consistent quality across large production runs. Our SPC (statistical process control) data, AOI, and ICT testing ensure every board meets specification — from the first prototype to the 100,000th unit.
