What is the difference between EMS, OEM, and ODM?

3. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer)
ODM companies design and manufacture products that can be named and sold by other companies under their own brands. Unlike OEM, ODM includes product design and development. Customers only need to provide a brand to immediately put the solution on the market.
